Suddenly i had the tot to go read blogs again and i realised that this is only my 2nd entry of the year.

I also realised that many of my friends dun blog anymore.. maybe twitter and facebook status has seems to be able to update the ppl around us abt us.. I would prefer to read more of my friends.. so can know how they really feel...

Today i woke up with a bad headache.. gosh... it hurts from the back of my neck, the left and more on the right side and front.. ouch... i tot the throat infection is not gone yet... went back to doc... surprised that he told me i got tension headache.. this is the first time i had it... gave me medic and ask me to sleep it off...

i went back but i din really slp.. surf the net.. relax a bit b4 i zzz... was tired aft surfing the net...

woke up... had dinner... then head start to hurt again...

actually yes, i was feeling quite stress... was away for 1 week... got many things to do... but i guess tt din trigger the headache.. it an expectation and stress on myself tt cause it..

hmm...
