For some reason, i just cannot sleep.. insomnia? hahaha.. the sleeping queen have insomnia.. yet it was a time well spent...
As i thoss and turn in my bed, i finlly decided to get up and read, and plan to sleep in a short while.. still got work tomorrow...
As i on my netbook... i saw the note on Songs of Solomon... some thing caught my eyes and blessed me... i hope as you read this, it'll bless you too..
Eph 3 :16 - 21
v16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
v17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
V18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—
v19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
When i read till this part, i was wondering wow... this is the reason why we go thru what we went thru.. that God Himself will give us strength to our inner man, Jesus will be in our hearts thru our faith each step of the way, that we being rooted and grounded in love... to know (by experience) the love of Christ that passes knowledge(our knowledge in mind and what the situation shows us), that we may be filled with the fullness of God.
So you see, its really not so much about others or the things.. but its about us... God's focus is to mould each and everyone of us... Whether is it work, ministry, family, God wants you to know Him, so you may be filled with His fullness. I always pray that God will open my eyes to see His goodness all the days of my life. Therefore in good times and in bad times, i want to see His works and His will... because i know He is good.. because i know i might not be able to finish seeing all of His goodness, yet i want to see what i can.. to see His beauty and praise Him... because He is indeed good. =)
I have no wish to be distracted by the diffculties or situations or the devil... David says that God's rod and staff comforts him...
But it seems quite a big project that God is doing.. and will i be able to go thru all..? Verse 20 and 21 answered me...
v20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
v21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Wow! v20 says 'to Him Who is able'... Do you now see? We are able, beacuse He is able.. because He enables us..
I know God did not lead me to 'egypt' to die.. no matter how tough the times may be...
