What a weekend of deliverance!
Actually it is my first time praying for deliverance for others on Sat.
Feeling? Awesome!
Initiallly i was a bit hesitant. Yes, i know i'm in SOT.... But... I mean i did not try out before and now when i have to start, its at service. Stress....
But i appriciate xiaoyun for being there. To be honest, i only wanted to support her when she pray.
Me: Later when you are praying, i'll support you and stand behind to catch the person when they fall.
Xiaoyun: Okie. After i prayed, the next one you pray. We take turns.
Me: O.O''!
Xiaoyun: Yea, you must pray.
Me: =s
Xiaoyun: You must pray, haha.
Me: Okie. O.O""""""""
The first one that i had laid hands on took less than 3 mins. It was so fast, all of us was surprised.
Haa! The fun begin!
There was some that was as fast, some took longer time, some struggled, others just needed healing emotionally.
Many teared. Many suffered hurts in their life. In those 2 days, they forgave others from the bottom of their heart and release hurts into God's hands. You can see from some of them they really wanted to be set free and earnestly prayed to God. They want to be free from bondage, protected and be right before God.
At the end, when you see that the people were delivered and got touch by God, you'll really feel happy for them.
Fast, pray, wait and hear from Holy Spirit, cast out spirits with authority!
Of course, one of the most important thing is to step out in faith to pray.
Xiaoyun, if you see this... i just wanna say thanks! Thanks for helping me step out to pray.
If not, all my fasting and praying will wasted. I would have been like having a bottle of drink in my hand but didn't open the cap and drink from it, if you didn't help me. Really appriciate you a lot! =)
After all these, 2 verses came to my mind:
Lk 10: 19-20
V19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
V20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
I think in everything that we do, at the end of the day our heart must be right with God.
Our motive, character... etc.
We don't want to work wonders, but when we reach heaven Jesus say He does not know us because we are not right with God.
Guard your heart!
