So many caught the fire and answered the call.
Then things happen.
We are disappointed and hurt. Hurt by the fact that why things turn out this way, how come things become at this kind of state, why are people like that, and worse still, why did we do again the mistakes that we don't ever want to do. Sometimes, we are some of the people that we don't even know what what went wrong.
It seems we cannot make it to fulfill the call. Sometimes we ask God, maybe this is not for me. It is too hard.
Well, you are not alone. The 12 disciples felt that too when Jesus told them its hard for those who have riches to enter heaven. Mind you, they are rich people. They were like thinking "oh no, how can i make it then'?
They are like us; all have our own fault and weakness, finding things too diffcult.
Mark 10:26
And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, "Who then can be saved?"
Jesus's answer: Mark 10: 27
But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible
Someone once ask Pastor Derek Prince what was the greatest revelation he ever had of God. His answer is 'God is faithful'. This is the answer from the man known for having lots of revelations.
God is faithful. His word will never pass away. Not just in the bible, but all the promises and word He has spoken to you. He will make it come to pass.
Not able? God will make you able.
Not fruitful? God will make you fruitful.
Not brave? God will make you brave.
Weak? He'll strengthen you.
Blew the chance? God will make good things come your way again.
Press on! Fulfill your call! Not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit of God!
Surrender to the Holy Spirit. Plan, move and let Him lead you.
God is faithful!
So my friends, what has He spoken to you?
i'm home...
